Introducing our team – Cabinet Santamaria Avocat

For the past five years, Me Santamaria has been at the helm of Cabinet Santamaria Avocat, a Montreal-based law firm dedicated primarily to Canadian immigration law, with a committed, professional and multicultural team.
Alice Mardelet-Santamaria, a member of the Quebec and Paris Bars, is committed to helping individuals, families and businesses immigrate to Canada. A member of the France-Canada Chamber of Commerce, she regularly participates in various immigration symposiums, fairs and forums in France and Canada, to promote mobility in Quebec. She is a member of AQAADI (Association Québécoise des Avocats et Avocates en Droit de l’immigration).
Before becoming a lawyer, Ms. Santamaria worked in immigration law and completed several internships at the UN. She puts her knowledge, professionalism and determination at the service of her clients to make every project a success. Chloé Yin, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, has been with the firm since the very beginning.
Of Chinese origin, having lived in France for several years, Chloé is keen to pass on her experience and expertise to people wishing to settle in Canada. She specializes in temporary immigration (visitor visas and study permits), has a thorough understanding of Quebec immigration programs and is trilingual.
Chloé knows how to accompany each immigration project with professionalism and empathy, and how to reassure each applicant with complete transparency in the difficult process that immigration can be. With over 5 years’ experience in the field, Chloé’s seriousness, professionalism and ethics make her a true believer in her commitments.
Paralegal Ariadna Barrenechea-Martin has recently joined our firm. Originally from Cuba, Ariadna is trilingual and has herself been through the immigration process in Canada. Her own experience fuels her dedication to this field, and she works on both temporary and permanent files.
Ariadna is also a translator who is a member of OTTIAQ (Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec), so she is multi-disciplinary and always eager to improve her knowledge.
Our firm reflects the backgrounds, cultures and hopes that we are privileged to accompany every day. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have about Canadian immigration – we’re here to help!
