As the founder of Santamaria Avocat, Alice has practiced exclusively in the field of Canadian immigration law for several years. A member of the Quebec and Paris Bar Associations, she assists individuals, families, and businesses with their temporary and permanent immigration applications.
Known for her strategic approach, her ability to listen, and her attention to detail, she ensures that she provides personalized support to offer solutions tailored to each situation.
Chloe Yin
Chloe has been with the firm since its inception and plays a key role in supporting clients. Of Chinese descent and having lived in France for several years, she has a deep understanding of the realities faced by people who choose to settle in Canada.
Drawing on her knowledge of temporary and permanent immigration programs, she guides clients with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion throughout their journey.
Ariadna Barrenechea-Martin
Originally from Cuba, Ariadna herself went through the process of immigrating to Canada. This personal experience fuels her daily commitment to her clients.
A trilingual legal technician and member of OTTIAQ, she helps prepare case files and assists clients with their legal proceedings with diligence, empathy, and professionalism.
Van Nguyen
Van Nguyen completed the immigration consultant program at LaSalle College, as well as a Master 1 in Management at Sup de Co La Rochelle (France) and two bachelor’s degrees from Thang Long University in Hanoi (Vietnam). Before joining Mr. Santamaria’s firm, she worked for three years as an assistant at a notary’s office in Montreal, where she developed solid expertise in Canadian immigration.
Having herself traveled an international path—from Hanoi to La Rochelle to Montreal, where she served as president of the Vietnamese Student Association and organized several cultural events—Van Nguyen has a deep understanding of the challenges involved in the immigration process. Fluent in both French and Vietnamese, she is committed to providing attentive service to a multicultural clientele throughout their immigration journey to Canada.
